The Pilgrim's have completed a permanent deal to bring back 23 year old George Cooper after being on loan last season from Peterborough United
The Green's have paid an undisclosed fee for the midfielder on a 3 year contract.
Cooper could make his return for Argyle against championship team Queens Park Rangers in the Carabao Cup first round this Saturday at Home Park 3:00 pm Kick off.
Signing Cooper gives Argyle manager Ryan Lowe fresh options who could either play him in midfield or as a left wing-back, Where the squad has been weakened since the departure of Callum McFadzean
Plymouth's latest signing told the clubs official website "i always wanted to come back and hope we can continue our form from last season i am just so happy to be here"
